I stayed as part of a large post-wedding group for the days leading up to the New Year's celebrations. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the chatter of nature and the local wildlife. The hotel is one of the last at the end of the road, but trust that a warm welcome will await you. I highly recommend this place, and hope to stay here again if I'm ever in Goa!

My wife and I stayed for a night and it was nothing less than amazing. The room and the washroom were spacious with all amenities. Everything was meticulously planned, the porch outside room is nicely done with chairs and table, perfect for work or quiet tea time. Aesthetically beautiful, stone’s throw away from the Palolem beach with a tiled way towards the bridge.

We stayed here for 1 week in one of the new chalet/beach huts. We loved the place - only 50 metres from the beach. Excellent, clean accommodation and the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to the Chef who was always there when we wanted. Whatever we wanted or needed he organised it - a very special man. The Manager was also excellent and sorted out a minor problem we had with calm and efficiency. Thank you Oxygen we will return.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, our front desk would be happy to store your luggage and enjoy our facilities. On a case-to case basis we can offer a late check-out subject to availability until 1:00pm. Late check-outs between 1:00 pm to 6:00pm will be charged at 50% of the existing room rate subject to taxes. A late check out past 6:00 pm will be charged a full night rate. We do not offer extra beds. Instead additional floor mattress are subject to availability and incur an additional charge of ₹1,500 per night. Baby cribs can be booked free of charge, subject to availability.
